If you're ever shopping in Belmont, you might come across this hidden gem that is Waterdog Tavern a restaurant and beer garden hidden in at the intersection of Ralston and Alameda De Las Pulgas. This restaurant has a young professionals vibe to it, with modern indoor seating and high ceilings as you make your way deeper into the restaurant. Although the vibe feels more upper-class, the drinks are very reasonable, and high quality. From ciders, to dark beers, they have just about everything, including nitros!

What you might not realize when you first walk in is their backyard beer garden, which is a breath of fresh air. Lots of seating, along with bartenders outside so you don't have to walk all the way back in to grab drinks. They even provide blankets for you if you get chilly out there at night.
The size, quality of drinks, and environment makes this a must-visit destination. One of the best spots for happy hours and large groups of people.
